We accept ACH ($1k+), Cash, Cash App Pay, Credit/Debit cards, and Zelle. We do not accept checks.
Yes, Maunica Lifestyle Management®, Inc., is bonded and insured. We also provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the highest level of service with complete discretion and professionalism.
No, the client is responsible for paying any additional charges incurred in addition to the package rate.
Maunica Lifestyle Management®, Inc., will provide an invoice, including receipts for any additional charges, within 24 hours.

Non-concierge clientele hours are Monday thru Friday, 7 am – 7 pm, & Saturday, 7 am -3 pm. Service may be available by appointment beyond business hours. Services requested outside of regular business hours and holidays will be subject to an additional premium.
We can travel to you if you are outside the Charlotte-Metro area. Our out-of-area projects are explicitly quoted based on the number of days, location, time of year, and the number of team members. The quote includes hotel, airfare, car rental, fuel, and other expenses.
Concierge Services + Cleaning Services = No, you do not have to be home.
Organization Services = Yes, if decluttering is involved. Otherwise, you do not have to be home until completion.
