Any task that requires more than one Lifestyle Manager will be billed at an hourly rate in addition to the membership package rate.
The Welcome to Charlotte Package is a personalized relocation service for business professionals, individuals, and/or families relocating to Charlotte.
We make moving to Charlotte simple! That’s why we offer our clients top-notch relocation assistance to ensure your move to Charlotte goes as smoothly as possible. The Maunica Lifestyle Management®, Inc., team will guide you through the relocation process. From introducing you to the best neighborhoods in Charlotte, schools/shopping, referring you to a realtor, coordinating the day of your move, to helping you get settled once you’ve arrived. We also offer relocation services to those moving from Charlotte to a new city.

We offer Organization Services for your home: Kitchen, Pantry, Closets, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Playrooms, Garages, Home Office, Laundry Room, Basements, and more. Organization services are also available for Businesses.

Regular organizing service weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on each client’s needs and lifestyle. The VIP service is only offered to clients who have had their homes organized by MLM. This service is ideal for our clients, who consist of busy individuals and/or families that would like us to upkeep and maintain their home organization regularly.

Our Decluttering service is for those who recognize that their homes which were once manageable have become challenging, cluttered, and less peaceful.
Our compassionate team understands that it's tough to let go of things sometimes. Therefore, we work with you on a room-by-room basis to begin the decluttering process, and determine what gets donated, sold, handed down or sent to the recycler and/or trash.
Declutter Service
The excitement of finding the new home or leaving your current one often makes you panic when you realize how much effort is involved in packing up and then unpacking. Maunica Lifestyle Management®, Inc., is different from the packers your moving company sends you. Our packers aren’t side hustlers; they’re our organizers who will also pack you up—because we often also do your unpacking and organizing. We think that matters big time.
Moving out? Not only do you have to decide what comes with you and what goes in the trash, to charity or to consignment, but you also have the work of packing up. Typically our clients have movers pack the appliances and TVs but have MLM do the bedrooms and closets, bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, and garage for a higher quality of organized packing.
Moving in? For many people, a move takes far more effort than expected. Whether it is simply getting through the boxes at the end of a long day at work or if you want decor help to fill in the little touches and make your new place a home, MLM can help.
Packing/Unpacking Service
(1-hour Zoom or FaceTime Session)
This option is perfect for those interested in tackling the organization project themselves and needing a little guidance. As well as individuals that are not located within the Charlotte-Metro area.
